The bright fountain or jet at PA 30° ( 11 o'clock ) is still visible.

12P may be the parent of the Kappa-Draconids meteor shower 29/11 - 13/12. Indicating its final lifetime on its way towards disintegration into an orbital meteor cloud in the distant future.
If the comet looses 1 m of its surface-material at each perihel passage and it keeps its orbit, with now a mean radius of 16000 m, then its lifetime could end after 16000 perihel passages. 16000 x 71 years = 1.1 million years.
But we don't know for sure.
At the moment, the outbursts contribute to this process.
