New outburst now, possible first discovered by Eliot Herman. Unpredicted because the comet probably is a very slow rotating Tumbler ( Surface g = 0.003 m/s2 ).

12P may be the parent of the Kappa-Draconids meteor shower 29/11 - 13/12. Indicating its final lifetime on its way towards disintegration into an orbital meteor cloud in the distant future. The outbursts may be a sign of this, similar to the comet 73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann 3
