Looks like a classic comet now, but may get an interesting apperance on the next outburst.

Nick James of BAA informed me that Cryo-vulcanism is probably not a good term since it implies an endogenous heat source. No comets have been observed to have this. It is the opposite, Comets governs primarely of exogenous heatsources ( The sun )

From Spaceweather (Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023) : Richard Miles of the BAA explains. "Comet 12P has a super cryogeyser, eruption of which is triggered after local sunrise at its location."

Take a trip to Yellowstone. Geysers are different from volcanoes.

I will again try to pinpoint the time of the next outburst, since that is according to BAA, important for location of the position of the Geyser.
