Details:
With the G2 storm, and strong geomagnetic activity, I still had to wait until the moon set around 3am and before the civil twilight at 4am for the perfect conditions for the Auroras. As soon as the moon was below the western horizon, the real show started with the Green Arc followed by bright red in the western sky and violet and purple auroras dancing above the green arc. I was able to also get a pretty nice little timelapse of the event too http://youtu.be/vx5ONqsO480
