Details:
Last night under light polluted skies and a bright moon I try using my new Samsung SCB-2000 security camera to do some video astrophotography. Despite the bad conditions I was able to see nebulosity on Orion really clear a little bit of noise was present but not so bad for been a live video and a 100.00 dollar camera. Way cheaper than the famous Mallincam dedicated video cameras. With a frame grabber I was able to obtain about 500 AVI frames for Registax processing and lastly photoshop. This are the results please bare with me that this is my first attempt with new equipment and they don't compare to the awesome images I had seen on this site.
