Details:
Two days ago we hit -12 F (-24 C). Today a hazy sun shone through and we were 40 F warmer. Caught these images of our very active Sun. Unfortunately the clouds rolled in, so no change to see any aurora activity. White light and Halpha images taken through Televue 101IS.. Halpha double stacked Coronado 90 mm filters. Calcium K images taken with Lunt 60mm. The enlarged images were with a Televue Powermate 2X Barlow on the 101 IS and Televue 3X Barlow on the Lunt. All images taken with a Point Grey Grasshopper Express.
