I wanted to extract more information from my images of ISON, hoping to find out what's going on close to the nucleus. I thus did a Larson-Sekanina filter on each RGB channel before combining them to make this color picture. I don't know how much faith one can put into this analysis but it seems to show some jets that were not in my images of November 13th. If one can very roughly associate the dust part to the red channel, the gas part to the green channel, and the plasma part to the blue channel, one can see that the ejected material is not symetric, ruling out (I hope) a complete disintegration of the nucleus like LINEAR S4 did in 2000. I also included the individual channels and some pictures of LINEAR S4 for comparison.
