Details:
Two images combined showing the Waning Gibbous Moon using the Deep Sky Chile T72 Planewave telescope, with an aperture size of 510 mm, focal length of 3411 mm, and F/Ratio of 6.8. An H-alpha filter was used to attenuate the bright reflected sunlight from the Moon. The pixel scale is 0.36 arcsec/pixel. Nice relief along the lunar terminator showing the central peaks of large impact craters, lunar rilles, and nearby wrinkle ridges. Some large complex craters show terraced walls.
