Details:
When I had a look outside in the morning I was surprised to see a faint white arc across the sky. I immediately reached for my camera and found a spot with an unobstructed view not knowing what I was actually looking at. After some reading it seemed to be an arctic fogbow, made out of diamond dust (tiny ice crystals) floating in the air as it was -15C today. In the evening a completely different arc was visible from the exact same spot as the Northern Lights made an appearance. It took some effort to see them through the light polluted cloud cover. It was really nice to witness two completely different arctic phenomena from the same spot today.
