Details:
When I went out last night, the stats were mediocre at best: Bz had been positive for three hours, Bt was below 10, density was around 1 p/cc, wind speeds were less than 330 km/sec. But we still got an intense show that lasted through midnight. Well worth the minus 10 degree temperatures of snowbound southern Iceland!
