Kp=8.67 solar storm peaked around 9 PM local time Oct 10, 2024 with bright visible auroras, including colorful coronas, overhead, at Renner, SD, 5 miles north of Sioux Falls. This amazing display was even more impressive than 3 days earlier, on Oct 7. Intense show lasted about an hour. Nikon Z9. 14-24mm Z f2.8. 1.6 sec ISO 2500
