It can be quite difficult to see/capture the Aurora Australis (southern lights) here in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (southern Hemisphere) these photos were taken on the 8/12/24 with an iPhone 11 Pro set to night mode on a 3s exposure during an intense solar storm (KP8…Bz-20) at times beams could be clearly seen pulsating to the naked eye treating Victorians to a spectacular light show!
