Early morning 21 october , 2023, a day before the peak of Orionid meteor shower, near Husavik in northern Iceland , caught an Orionid meteor while shooting 4K timelapse of northern lights . Here is a videostill image late in the night, early morning around 5:30 AM of 21 october, showing a meteor . You can trace it back to where the Orionid meteorshower's radiant is located. Aurora was pretty spectacular much of the night, especially in the 2nd half and towards pre-dawn when G1 auroral storm conditions occured with Kp 5 and Bz almost at -10 . Videostill image from 4K timelapse shot on Canon EOS R6 with 7Artisans fisheye lens RF 10mm 2.8 Timelapse : 1 frame every 2 seconds, exposed for 2 seconds each, ISO 5000, f/2.8 .
