Details:
The Moon just after sunset on August 10th, from Laws Observatory at the University of Missouri in Columbia. The "mist" is likely part of a smoke plume from out west. Photo made with a tripod-mounted Canon 6DMkII camera and Canon 300mm, f/4L telephoto. Exposure was 1/640-sec. at f/5.6 and ISO-200.
