Details:
Although all sunspots are stable on the sun today, they are still quite photogenic. For example, an image of otherwise ordinary sunspot AR3074 comes alive with a large "swoosh" of a filament right next to it! There was also a nice prom on the sun too. 127mm f/9.4 refractor, Daystar Quark Chromosphere filter, ZWO AS!174mm camera.
