Details:
We were outside having a fire watching the skies in anticipation of aurora activity. We saw that a G3 storm was happening but there was only a faint glow to the north. Eventually the skies did light up and the aurora danced for us. The display was not quite as strong as we were expecting but it was beautiful none the less. Photos taken with a Canon 6D DSLR and a Sigma 20mm ART lens at f/1.4 and f/1.6, ISO 3200, 2 to 3 second exposures.
