Details:
I went to a coastal peak in central California last weekend hoping to take some sunset photos above the fog. It ended up being way better than I expected! The top of the fog was exactly level with the top of the mountain, so the fog would blow in and out with the wind, occasionally obscuring everything but then clearing and revealing the sun and the dramatic view below. When the sun appeared it revealed the best fogbow I've ever seen, with multiple colorful concentric circles, complete with a Brocken spectre and glory. Sony a7r mk. iv, 18mm, 1/640s @ f/8.0, ISO 100.
