Details:
I started shooting at sunset in Ely Mn, as the storm front was approaching from the west. After sunset, I could immediately see a green arch form and it continued to build until this "pillar peak" at 11:15 thru 11:30. I've noticed that the pillar peak ALWAYS coincides with the loons screaming on the lake...how fun is that!
