Details:
Around noontide there appeared an unusual strongly developed 22 degs upper tangent arc plus suncave Parry arc in a thin veil of cirrostratus cloud. It lasted for nearly half an hour. A 22 degs parhelion was seen shortly, but thick cumulus clouds partially covered the sky and hide possible other features from view.
