Moon and Venus - part II today
What a magical evening! Moon and Venus with 6.3 ° distance! Yesterday it was not possible to see the conjunction over Saxony. The sky was completely overcast. But all the more magical today! Thin cirrus clouds served as a wonderful visual image element and produced beautiful coronae around the moon and Venus! The corona around the moon makes the crescent seem wider than it really was! So I had a wonderful second chance today to admire the moon and Venus in clear and cold air!
Canon EOS 6D, Pentacon 1.8/50 (F4), ISO 100, 4s exposure. Sensor temperature +6°, 16:09 UT
