Details:
Citizen Astronomy. Moon's north Pole region from my home’s front yard. Approximate date 02 February 2017 Colongitude: 8° As everyone knows, only one side of the Moon is seeming from Earth because how Moon rotates on its axis (at the same as Moon orbits the Earth, known as synchronous rotation, or tidal locking). On the other hand, Crater Peary located at the North Pole on the moon’ surface. From Earth, hard to observe Crater Peary, seems not to display radiations, or display it, as it does crater Thales. Because of that, crater Thales sometimes, could be visually miss confused with moon’s North Polar, however.
