The attached is a composite of images showing a bit of the 'black-drop effect' during egress of the 2016 transit of Mercury.
Details: Taken using a (vintage 1970) 8-in, f/7 Criterion newt. with a homemade Baader 'white light' off-axis solar filter & a ToUCam Pro using 1/50 second exposures.
