Details:
Karen called my attention to the beautiful twisting clouds that were accompanied by 2 Parahelia (Sundogs), an Upper Tangent Arc, and a well-defined Circumzenithal Arc. The 22-degree halo shows up in the exposures, but it was not visible to the unaided eye. I first provide two exposures as they came out of the camera, and then with "curves" adjustment in Photoshop.

...and there is even more additional in your images: the sun pillar (under the sun), a faint 46 degrees supralateral arc (splitting off the circumzenithal arc at right) and the suncave Parry arc (the small arc above the 22 degrees upper tangent arc).
