Details:
Christmas Eve 24 december around 6:46 PM the sky was dark here in Valais in SW Switzerland as it was 2 hours after sunset and still a few minutes before moonrise, and clouds moving away after daylong storm. Found the comet near Capella. Image taken with Sony a7s and Canon EF lens 200/2.8 , ISO 20'000, 2.5 seconds shutter. The second attached photo is taken a few minutes earlier with 3.2 seconds shutter speed, and a satellite is flying between Capella and the comet, plus another fainter satellite is flying at bottom. also did a live webcast on Facebook, can still be seen in replay here https://www.facebook.com/Klipsi/videos/10218981947168141/ short video clip : https://www.newsflare.com/video/266041/science-technology/comet-wirtanen-on-christmas-eve-near-capella
