Very powerful Flare of two satellites traveling side by side. I couldn't find any info on this passing, Noss perhaps or spy satellites? This is 5 exposures combined, each 13 seconds each and 1 sec pause. Flare max approx. 23:33UTC. (01:33 CET April 23)
