Details:
We were traveling from Yakima to Kennewick, WA. While we were still in Yakima, we noticed a very bright sun dog. As we drove for the next hour, the halo made itself very apparent. When we got to the park to which we were headed, no one had noticed the halo, until I pointed it out. Once everyone started to look at it, there were many "oohs" and "aahs" as people saw a halo for the first time.
