Details:
I headed out to Elk Island National Park this evening to shoot the Northern Lights. Apparently, I wasn't the only one that had this idea. There were about 200 people out to view and photograph it as well. Arrived about 10:30 PM and the lights were dancing in huge arcs across from the sky until about 11:30 PM. The bright moon did not help with the viewing, but after reaching a record 32C in September in Edmonton, AB today it was nice to cool off on the beach at night.
