Details:
My last day of work in 2016 and this morning was out on a landscape tour. Whilst driving back from Kiruna to Abisko had some superb view of polar stratospheric clouds or nacreous clouds. I have seen them before but not in this quantity before. It was really windy (you can see the wind on the mountains) and you could see the lower altitude clouds whipping past whilst the much high clouds morphed into different shapes and pearl colours but keeping in the same position. Amazing last day of work!
