Details:
What an experience! The chases started already early afternoon. First target was the "supermoon". The circumstances were great! Very clear and an arctic sky with all kind of pastel colours. The sunset was red and coloured the wide panorama with snowy trees in the same colour. After that also the famous 'blue moment' appeared and than the supermoon showed up. Magnificent orange red yellow gradations, after a long process finally changing into white and grey. Than it became also dark enough to let the auroras colour the sky. This time in the basic green and the shape a basic arch. The landscape was illuminated by the moon like it was almost day light. Temperature only -10C, but a soft breeze doubled it to around -20C wind chill temperature. (see also the pictures in the category moon)
