Details:
On the night of 5th of November , looking for the Northern Lights we got this white lines on the sky for about 30 min . Visible with the naked eye as well

Looks like light pillars to me. From what I remember they usually happen when its cold out and in the morning or late hours, but I could be wrong.

Thats not wrong, but exactly what you say. These are light pillars indeed, generated by reflection in low-leveled ice crystal clouds. The light is from distant earthbound light sources. Its a similar effect as some halo forms, i.e. subsun and sun and moon halo pillars, and is reported in icecold regions every winter.
