Details:
For the past few days Venus and Saturn have been approaching each other and yesterday (30th) they were at their closest. The accompanying three images show their relative positions with respect to Antares on 26, 29 and 30 October in beautiful post-sunset sky backdrops. Mutare is experiencing a heatwave with temperatures of up to 37 degrees centigrade and the photographs show different amounts of smoke haze from bush fires. All are time exposures taken with a tripod mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 compact camera.
