Details:
The Earth's shadow is not uniform, neither in luminosity nor in color. Shadow luminosity decreases toward the center, and shadow color is reddish with a bluish annular band toward the edge due to the ozone layer. The goal of the composition is to expose that features. Details: 0.5 and 0.6 sec. at 200 ISO with Canon t3i and Takumar 1:6.3/300 lens, from urban sky.
