Video: http://youtu.be/U5ulwtvDA0k Beautiful sun-lit ‪#‎Aurora‬ last night from right here at 42 degree latitude in Southern WI. It was a wait with rainbow sunlit pillars at dusk and then the strongest part of the show as we reached a G2 level magnetic storm in terms of visible Aurora was around 3 am with eventually more sun-lit pillars closer to dawn! Patience was name of the game last night! The greens and purples got moderately to highly visible to the naked eye as it was doing Aurora stuff on the horizon! Haze and humidity seem to hinder the view and increase light pollution a bit on the horizon.
