Credit: NOAO/SDSS/WISE/Giuseppe Donatiello RA: 11h 20m 17.0s Dec: +13° 35′ 23″ NGC 3628 is an edge-on galaxy strongly gravitationally perturbed at 35 million light-years in Leo. A special image treatment shows the stellar tidal currents. It was discovered by William Herschel in 1784.
