This circumscribed halo and/or lower tangent arc is very rare to be seen in Brazil at 20 degrees latitude! The local temperature was 30 degrees Celsius, local time 10:30 hour, with the sun at 64 degrees elevation. Photo with a Samsung Galaxy Ace smartphone.
