Details:
I observed this beautiful sun halo and pillar during the bitterly cold and windy winter storm Ion--about -13°F (-25° C) with wind chill of -41° F (-40.5° C). The sun dogs were extremely bright, like having three suns rising at once! Canon EOS REBEL T1i, ISO 100, f/14, 1/160s
