Details:
Sun of yesterday part1: The disc is dominated by delta Active Region 3842 (Note: This was several hours before that region produced the M8 flare). The first pic underlines a long windy chain of filaments connecting various regions and turning around 3842. This is possibly a typical magnetic field line (or better magnetic flux tube) in the period of solar maximum: a line dragged quite forward on equator since it rotates faster. As seen in the whole Sun timelapse, some sections of this filament were restless, sympathetically to the flaring of nearby Active Regions (the two remaining pics show flare details). Indeed a South section of the filament exploded an half hour after that, as seen in the timelapses in my next uploads. Lunt60HA + Neptune-M.
