Details:
A beautiful aurora lit up the northern sky from the White Mountains of California at 37°N latitude near the town of Bishop. From the Bortle 2 location, the display was easily visible to the eye including faint pillars. Peak activity was around 4am PDT just before the start of dawn. Canon EOS 6D, EF 24-70mm f/2.8L, ISO 6400, 24 second exposures.
