Details:
I saw a nebulous area appear where none should be. Located near Tau Virginis, east of a line between Arcturus and Spica. This bright area lasted maybe 30 minutes then faded away. 135mm focal length, 3 second exposure at about 9 PM MDT. There are two objects moving.
