I have been imaging meteor showers for over 20 years now and I thought that I had seen it all from yellow, green, red and orange meteors. Never in my life did I expect to capture a "Blue" one! Imagine my surprise whilst perusing the 1500 images of this evenings meteor show and coming across this gem. This years Perseid meteor shower was very unique as there were multiple times where there were 2-10 meteors within seconds. Overall both nights were about the same amount of meteors/hour.
