Details:
A couple gif animations of Comet C/2021 A1 (Leonard) setting behind the Tortolita Mountains on the evening of 2021 December 14 as seen from SaddleBrooke, Arizona, 20 miles north of Tucson. One gif animation is exactly what the camera captured and the other had the brightness and contrast adjusted. Note that these are only 5 second images in the gif animations. The comet was magnitude 3.2 and 24 million miles from Earth. The green filter image was used by Astrometrica to calculate the comet magnitude.
