Details:
As foreseen, the tail of Mercury brightened even more, so that was detectable even with the Moon so close (as seen in the wide image, with also Venus at the Horizon). In the composite, Moon and Mercury are at the same scale, to figure out how big the tail appears, wider than Moon itself!
