Details:
At last, Venus (low center) and Mercury (high center) have become apparent to the naked eye from here. Mercury reaches greatest eastern elongation of 22° on May 17th but it's at virtually the same altitude above the horizon for 5 days either way. The 2-day old Moon pays it a visit May 13th and likewise Venus on May 28th. Mercury loses >3 magnitudes over the month so look now for best viewing.

Panasonic G7, 14-140mm @ 73mm, f/5.4, 1/13 sec, ISO 400.
