Last night we had a chance to play around with Lady Aurora as one of my guests fell and broke their arm in Tromsø, just a few hours before the tour was due to leave ,so the rest of their group cancelled to be with her.
So rather than go home, we decided to go out anyway, as the incoming solar wind was due to hit earth and give us a show, we where joined by our other guide Sarah, my youngest daughter Sara, and her best friend Kara the Labrador cross.
Sara had just returned from a holiday in Scotland for a few days and wow, did she miss Tromsø, the aurora and Kara, best friends is an understatement.
Here you can see here playing around with the camera and aurora, believe it or not, but even Kara looks to the skies in awe,when the aurora is active.
Tonight should bring a better performance with lady aurora.
