That is a very nice image, I like the bridge with the nice support cables, the reflection of the lake and all the other nice scenery. Whatever is above the bridge on both sides certainly do look like jellyfish in the air. They are unidentified objects on your image and I am sure others will explain what it might be, thanks for the thought provoking image.

Internal lens reflections caused by the bright lights under the bridge. Very common in night images with bright lights.
