Looks very much like internal reflections from the row of bright lights below centre. Will try to enhance and post a marked-up copy.

Internal lens reflections caused by the bright lights under the bridge. Very common in night images with bright lights.

I also thought it could be a reflection or my some damage in my lens. So I took another picture, same angle, no modification. And the jellyfishes were not there anymore.
