Details:
These are some images of the fine display of Northern Lights we enjoyed on March 9 from Churchill Manitoba. This was the first night for out latest group of aurora tourists at the Churchill Northern Studies Centre and despite a long day of traveling the group soldiered on into the night and enjoyed what for many was their first experience at seeing the aurora. The sky put on a great show, despite a Kp Index of only 2 this night. The curtains were largely just green in color. even to the cameras, with little of the red or magenta tops. They were bright enough, however, to light up the snow green.
