Details:
The moon, Venus and Saturn (lower left) this morning, plus light pillars caused by reflections of nearby street lights in plate shaped ice crystals in the cold winter air. The star almost being occulted, right below the moon, is Theta Librae, and Beta and Delta Scorpii are also visible further below the moon.
