Details:
A few minutes ago, when I fired the Intervalometer to another sequence of 20 photos of the Catalina comet, while the camera did the hard work I picked up the binoculars to check the visibility of the comet region because there were some cloudiness next to horizon. It was then that a very quickly and bright line came up the binocular lens crossing the comet. I had caught a shooting Geminid in the dawn. It took a few seconds for me to realize that the camera characteristic noise when taking photos hinted there was a good chance that the Geminid was photographed. They were two seconds long shots with 1 second interval between them. In fact, the shooting star Geminid not only was in the picture, but crossed practically on the comet! It was really lucky watch the meteor crossing a comet through binoculars and also take the picture.
