The planets are cool to watch as they change position each day…, you don’t need a telescope to see this, just look with your eyes each morning. I included an illustrated shot for you all to use to help you id the planets…obviously Venus is the brightest one as it is very close to Earth.…and Mars is reddish orange in color, Jupiter is currently below Mars. Here are Venus, Mars, Jupiter & Mercury all aligning in the Eastern Sky just before dawn, between 6:00am and 7:00am Keep watching as Jupiter, Mars, & Venus continue to get closer each morning this month. I included an illustrated shot for you all to use to help you id the planets…obviously Venus is the brightest one as it is very close to Earth.…and Mars is reddish orange in color, Jupiter is currently below Mars. Do you want to capture the Planets for yourself??? It is easier than you think!!! Use a DSLR camera on a sturdy tripod, use a wide angle lens, 24mm to 32mm lens, F8 to F4.5 or faster F-stop, use ISO speed 800 or ISO 1250, take a 5 second exposure, using a cable release or timer mode, or Mirror lock up mode…so you don’t shake the camera when you click the shutter!
